Job summary

Integrated OS in the Philippines seeks a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our offshore team. You will focus on service delivery, project support, and technical escalation across Azure, Microsoft 365, endpoints, servers, VMware, and backup platforms.

You will act as a Level 2/3 escalation point for service desk engineers, help onboard customers using standardized deployment models, maintain health and security, and contribute to runbooks and procedures.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in the IT services industry, ideally with a Managed Services Provider.
• 4+ years of hands-on L2 administration across Azure, Windows Server, M365 and VMware.
• Experience with onboarding customers using standardized deployment models.

Responsibilities

• Deliver managed services across Azure, M365, endpoints, servers, VMware and backups.
• Onboard new customers using standard deployment models.
• Maintain system health, performance and security across environments.
• Act as Level 2/3 escalation point for service desk engineers.
• Document runbooks, configurations, and procedures.
• Support infrastructure and cloud projects including migrations.
