Job summary

Integrated OS seeks an IT Systems & Infrastructure Engineer to resolve tickets, manage incidents, and provide end-user support across Windows, macOS, Azure, and networking. You will handle onboarding/offboarding, asset records, and security tasks while maintaining clear documentation and strong customer service.

You will join a hybrid team at Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City, supporting 24/7 shifts aligned to Australian time.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years' experience in IT service desk or IT support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and client OS, macOS & Microsoft 365.
• Proficient in Active Directory / Entra, group policy, and endpoint security tools.
• Experience administering Azure tenancies – VM workloads, storage, and networking.
• Basic understanding of networking technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, firewalls).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple incidents.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve IT support tickets via phone, email, and ticketing system within SLAs.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot OS, software, hardware, and network issues.
• Escalate complex incidents to higher support levels.
• Provide high-quality end-user support with clear communication.
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding, including account setup and hardware.
• Provide training on software, hardware, and IT best practices.
• Maintain records of IT assets, licenses, configurations.
• Support patch management, software updates, and security tasks.
• Ensure adherence to IT security policies.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and service delivery enhancements.
• Maintain high-quality communication with users and internal teams.
• Fulfill SME function in knowledge domains.
