Job summary

Integrated OS is seeking an IT Systems & Infrastructure Engineer to join a dynamic team in Alabang. You will manage incident resolution, provide IT support, and handle hardware, software, networking, and business applications to minimize downtime.

The role emphasizes strong communication, documentation, and adherence to security policies, with onboarding/offboarding support and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of IT service desk or IT support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows server and client OS including macOS and Microsoft 365.
• Proficient in AD/Entra, group policy, and endpoint security tools.
• Experience administering Azure tenancies – VM workloads, storage accounts and Azure networking.
• Basic understanding of networking technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, firewalls).
• Excellent communication and ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
• Strong problem-solving and multi-incident management skills.
• Excellent technical and business writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve IT support tickets via phone, email, and ticketing system within SLAs.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues across OS, software, hardware, and network connectivity.
• Escalate complex incidents to higher-tier support when needed.
• Provide high-quality end-user support with strong communication.
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, including account creation and hardware setup.
• Provide training on software, hardware, and IT best practices.
