Job summary

Our Clients in Metro Manila, Makati is seeking an experienced IT Leadership professional to manage and develop a combined IT and security team. The role focuses on aligning technology with business goals, driving performance, and ensuring robust security, compliance, and reliable operations across networks, servers, and applications.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of managerial IT/cybersecurity experience, hands-on Google Workspace admin skills, and relevant certifications (CISSP, Security+).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of managerial experience in IT and cybersecurity.
• Experience administering Google Workspace in a mid-sized business with multiple departments and SaaS integrations.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and development abilities.
• Advanced knowledge of PC hardware, software, networks, and internet security.
• Certifications in IT/security (e.g., CISSP, Security+, CCNP, ITIL).

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the IT and security team to foster collaboration and accountability.
• Oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems including networks, servers, and applications.
• Implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy and conduct security assessments and drills.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and proper documentation; work with auditors and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to manage onboarding/offboarding and access controls.
