Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise applications, IT infrastructure, networks, hardware, and end-user technology.
• Oversee cybersecurity, data privacy, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives.
• Administer IT asset management, including procurement, inventory control, deployment, maintenance, and lifecycle management.
• Lead technology projects and process improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors, consultants, and service providers.
• Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, standards, and governance practices.
• Ensure the security, reliability, and efficiency of all technology systems and services.
• Provide technical recommendations to management on technology investments and operational improvements.
