Job summary

Insight Enterprises, Inc. seeks a Sr Services Technician for a hybrid role based in Pasig, Philippines, focusing on monitoring, administration, and break/fix support of client managed appliances.

The candidate will ensure patch compliance, reduce OS risks, and maximize system availability for client operations, with strong hands-on Windows 10/11, M365, and hardware troubleshooting skills in enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT Service Desk or End-User Support roles.
• Experience at L2 / L2.5 level, with L3 leaning responsibilities.
• Experience in managed services or large enterprise environments strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, administer, and provide break/fix support for client’s managed appliances.
• Maintain patch compliance of clients' servers to protect against published vulnerabilities.
• Mitigate operating system risks and enable maximum system availability for clients’ business operations.
