Job summary
Global It Operations in the Philippines is seeking a Workplace Consultant to join a global IT team. The role blends hands-on technical support, vendor coordination, automation, and continuous improvement for cloud and modern workplace platforms.
You will handle incidents, manage identity and access, and contribute to security and compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Windows and hybrid on-prem/cloud environments, plus strong English communication
Qualifications
- 8+ years’ experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Windows and hybrid environments.
- Strong administration for Exchange Online, Teams and SharePoint Online.
- Experience with identity security: MFA, SSPR, Conditional Access and PIM.
- Proficient in automation using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph APIs.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 support for workplace, identity and Microsoft 365 services.
- Administer user, group and mailbox management; handle access reviews.
- Coordinate with vendors during incidents and manage escalations.
- Automate recurring operations and reporting using PowerShell and Graph.
- Oversee license lifecycle, budgeting input and procurement/refunds.
- Contribute to security, compliance and SOC activities using Microsoft tools.
