Lenovo Philippines is seeking a seasoned ISG Mid-Market sales leader to own revenue, growth, and KPI delivery in the local territory. You will drive engagement across Servers, Storage, HCI, and broader infrastructure solutions while partnering with the Lenovo Client Manager to identify opportunities and convert them into sustainable ISG accounts.

• 10+ years of sales experience in IT/enterprise infrastructure.
• Strong track record in Mid-Market customer sales and business development.
• Experience selling Servers, Storage, HCI and related infrastructure solutions.

• Own the ISG Mid-Market business in the Philippines and meet KPIs.
• Drive engagement across Servers, Storage, HCI and infra solutions.
• Partner with the Mid-Market One Lenovo Client Manager to grow opportunities.
• Increase acquisition of new-logo accounts in Philippines Mid-Market.
• Identify and develop new infrastructure opportunities via proactive engagement.
• Own end-to-end ISG opportunities from qualification to closure.
• Build relationships with executives, IT decision-makers and influencers.
• Understand customer priorities and position Lenovo ISG solutions.
• Apply consultative solution selling to show Lenovo value.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, services and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain healthy pipeline with accurate forecasting.
• Monitor competitors and position Lenovo ISG advantages.
