Job summary

Lenovo PCCW Solutions is seeking a seasoned System/Server Lead in the Philippines to manage day-2 IT infrastructure operations for a key Singapore client. You will oversee multiple domains including VMware/Hyper-V, Windows Server, AD, Veeam/Commvault backups, storage and networking, and database services.

The role requires at least 10 years of hands-on experience in at least three technical domains, leadership of at least a 5-person team, and ITIL v4 certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in at least 3 technical domains listed above.
• Experience leading a small team of at least 5 members.
• Experience with CIS hardening on WinTel & REHL, GPO deployment, and security assessment and remediation.
• ITIL Foundation v4 Certified.
• Good knowledge of networking (IP addressing, routing, VLANs).

Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot day-2 IT Infrastructure operations for a key customer in Singapore.
• Oversee VMware/Hyper-V, Windows Server, AD, and clustering/load balancing.
• Coordinate rack infrastructure, backups, storage, and disaster recovery planning.
• Lead a team of at least 5 members and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure CIS/RHEL/WinTel hardening and security assessments.
