Job summary

RELX is seeking a Bilingual Customer Research & Analytics Analyst in the Philippines to perform web-based research on tech-driven firms and validate patent data for accuracy and lifetime. The role focuses on identifying patent ownership through corporate structures and ensuring high data quality across diverse jurisdictions.

The successful candidate will work with the Harmonizer Tool and collaborate with US and international teams to meet productivity targets and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• JLPT N1 certification.
• Reading proficiency in Kanji and Hiragana.

Responsibilities

• Perform web-based research on technology-driven corporations and institutions.
• Validate and quality-assure patent data by assigning patents to accurate owners and verifying validity and lifetime.
• Identify patent ownership through corporate structure research, M&A, and transactions.
• Conduct quality control to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Validate and update customer information in Harmonizer Tool and ensure data standards and SLAs are met.
• Communicate task/status updates to internal stakeholders across time zones.
