Job summary

Astek is seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to lead cross-functional transformation projects across international environments. Focus areas include IT integrations, carve-outs, and Asia Service Desk transitions, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.

The role requires 8–12 years in IT infrastructure project management, strong vendor and PMO capabilities, and excellent English communication. Global coordination across regions is a key aspect of this position.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of IT Infrastructure Project Management experience.
• Proven track record in infrastructure transformation, transition, migration, and PMO projects.
• Strong knowledge of network, cloud, EUC, workstations, and migrations.
• Experience managing MSPs, system integrators, vendors, and outsourced providers.
• Solid understanding of ITSM, ServiceNow, and managed service models.
• Excellent governance across planning, budgeting, risks, and reporting.
• Strong English written and verbal communication; ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end infrastructure projects across network, cloud, and workplace environments.
• Drive integration and carve-out initiatives, including onboarding and separation of entities.
• Oversee the Asia Service Desk transition and related RFP/tender activities.
• Coordinate with global IT stakeholders across EMEA, Americas, and Asia.
• Manage vendors, MSPs, and partners to deliver on time, budget, and scope.
• Provide structured reporting on budgets, risks, milestones, and dashboards.
