Job summary

HCLTech is seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex, multi-country transformation initiatives. You will oversee end-to-end delivery of large-scale IT projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and collaboration with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders across geographies.

The role requires 8-10 years of IT PM experience, relevant certifications, and a strong background in retail or ERP implementations.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of IT project management experience on large-scale transformation programs.
• PM certification (PMP/PRINCE2/IPMA) or equivalent.
• Experience delivering multi-country, multi-functional IT projects in fast-paced environments.
• Background in retail/travel retail, POS systems or ERP implementations preferred.
• Fluent business English with strong communication to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple large-scale IT transformation programs across countries.
• Create comprehensive project plans with scope, milestones, risks, and resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across geographies.
• Engage senior leadership to define objectives and resolve issues.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure policy compliance.
