Job summary

5 Star Recruitment seeks an Integration Senior Analyst to lead client engagements across APAC/EMEA/US, guiding solution implementations from onboarding to go-live. You will coordinate project plans, manage scopes, and communicate with clients to ensure milestones are met.

Responsibilities include driving status updates, supporting client tests and production rollout, and handing over to production teams. PMP or similar certification and language skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to simplify technical jargon.
• Strong presentation skills; experience presenting to clients.
• PM certification (PMP or equivalent) preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Second language proficiency is highly desirable.
• Willingness to work APAC/EMEA/US schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the solutions suite and onboarding activities through go-live.
• Be the primary client contact and manage project plans across engagements.
• Lead project scope and timeline to meet quality and client expectations.
• Conduct regular client status meetings and provide progress updates.
• Support client tests, oversee production rollout, and handover to support teams.
• Collaborate with senior team members on post-project evaluations.
• Prepare technical documentation and client implementation materials.
• Support readiness activities and modernization efforts for solutions.
