Job summary

Asia-Select is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple ICT infrastructure projects from design through testing and deployment. You will manage scope, budget, and timelines while coordinating with stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and compliance with EHS guidelines.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in project management (including bid/construction), and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Engineering, Business, etc.) or industry experience.
• 5+ years in project management, including bid and construction management.
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer relationship skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (including MS Project) and managing complex technical projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrate work ethic, time management, and ability to meet deadlines in a team environment.
• PMP or related certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead tasks, budget, workflow and deliverables across multiple projects.
• Develop and deploy project delivery solutions for clients.
• Create detailed project plans and monitor progress for timely completion.
• Manage project scope, changes, and deliverables/milestones.
• Establish governance, communication channels, and reporting for client satisfaction.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure high delivery quality and compliance with EHS guidelines.
• Develop and manage project budgets to control costs.
