Job summary

HCLTech is seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex, multi-country transformation initiatives. You will oversee end-to-end delivery of large-scale IT projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and collaboration with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders across geographies.

The role requires 8-10 years of IT PM experience, relevant certifications, and a strong background in retail or ERP implementations.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of IT project management experience on large-scale transformation programs.
• PM certification (PMP/PRINCE2/IPMA) or equivalent.
• Experience delivering multi-country, multi-functional IT projects in fast-paced environments.
• Background in retail/travel retail, POS systems or ERP implementations preferred.
• Fluent business English with strong communication to senior stakeholders.

You will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery of large-scale IT projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders across different geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple large-scale IT transformation programs, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, milestones, risk management, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement strategies
• Facilitate communication and coordination between multi-functional teams across various countries
• Engage with senior leadership and key stakeholders to define project objectives, resolve issues, and provide regular progress updates
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

Qualifications & Skills:

• 8-10 years of proven IT project management experience, specifically with large-scale transformation programs
• Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, or an equivalent recognized project management methodology
• Demonstrated success managing multi-country, multi-functional IT delivery within a fast-paced environment
• Strong background in retail, travel retail, POS systems, or ERP implementations is highly preferred
• Fluency in business English, with excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders and executive leadership
