Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of project management experience delivering complex technology or infrastructure projects.
• PMP certification is required.
• Experience with Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong experience leading enterprise infrastructure, networking, telecommunications, or UC projects.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional teams globally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects using Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Oversee planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of multiple infrastructure-related projects.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, facilities, and business stakeholders to achieve objectives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and stakeholder communications.
• Provide regular project status updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies for delivery success.
