Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst - Incentive Compensation to own the end-to-end incentive process. The role partners with Sales, Marketing, Payroll and Finance to ensure accurate pay plans, data integrity, and timely compensation reporting.

Responsibilities include modelling pay plans, data extraction, reconciliation, and month-end close support. Strong Excel, BI tools, and data stewardship are essential to drive performance across Asia Pacific regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Incentive Compensation, Business Analysis, FP&A, or similar analytic role.
• Advanced Excel and analytical modelling skills, with proven ability translating pay plans into accurate calculation models.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to explain complex calculations to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end incentive and bonus calculations across multiple units and countries.
• Interpret pay plans and translate requirements into repeatable calculation models.
• Maintain and enhance calculation models for accuracy and scalability.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Payroll teams to provide insights and resolve data issues.
• Support month-end reporting, accruals, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Produce regular and ad hoc reports with actionable recommendations.
