Job summary

MD HVAC (Philippines) Corporation is seeking an experienced Importation & Logistics Expert to oversee end-to-end import operations, PEZA compliance, and logistics for construction materials, HVAC equipment, machinery, and related components.

You will coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and government agencies to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and strict regulatory adherence across all import activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in importation and logistics.
• Hands-on experience with PEZA importation procedures and documentation.
• Experience with construction materials and HVAC importation is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine customs, PEZA procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end importation processes, including supplier coordination and shipping arrangements.
• Handle importation of construction materials, HVAC equipment, machinery, spare parts, tools, and related items.
• Manage PEZA importation procedures, documentation, permits, clearances, and compliance.
• Coordinate with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and government agencies.
• Prepare and verify invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and PEZA documents.
• Monitor shipment schedules, customs clearance, delivery status, and resolve delays.
• Ensure compliance with PEZA, Bureau of Customs, tariffs, taxes and other regulations.
• Maintain importation and logistics records.
