Job summary

Hirata Precision Philippines Inc. is seeking a Logistics Clerk to manage PEZA and BOC compliance, handling import/export documentation and coordinating with government agencies for local and international deliveries.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least two years in a PEZA manufacturing environment, with strong knowledge of import/export processes and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course.
• At least two years' experience in a PEZA manufacturing company.
• Solid knowledge of Import/Export documentation processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities to meet company demands.

Responsibilities

• Prepare PEZA and BOC required reports for compliance.
• Prepare Import and Export documents related to PEZA and BOC.
• Coordinate with government agencies for processing documents for local, import and export deliveries.
• Monitor and record local, import and export shipments.
• Monitor billing from trucking, couriers, broker/forwarder, insurance providers and similar.
• Coordinate with trucking, couriers, broker/forwarder, insurance providers and similar.
• Issue Purchase Orders for traded parts based on customer requirements.
• Prepare monthly Logistics Trend reports.
