Job summary

MicroSourcing, based in the Philippines, is seeking a Commercial Operations Manager to oversee ICT procurement, MNS quoting, and operations for our AU Telco client. Onsite in Taguig, this role focuses on coordinating order processing, billing milestones, and contract administration to ensure excellent service delivery.

You will lead three teams, drive process improvements, and collaborate with Sales and Product to align pricing with customer needs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in ICT service delivery, operations, and quoting management.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and multiple streams (procurement, quoting, project admin).
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems for order and contract management.
• Strong stakeholder relationships across sales, finance, vendors, customers.
• Exposure to telecommunications products and managed network services.

Responsibilities

• Lead ICT procurement, operations, and MNS quoting teams.
• Ensure SLAs, regulatory compliance, and process efficiency.
• Oversee end-to-end order management, invoicing, and SAP setup.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product to align pricing and requirements.
• Provide regular performance reports to senior leadership.
• Act as escalation point for internal teams, vendors, customers.
