AP HelpMeet Inc. seeks a Senior Aircon & HVAC Technician to lead installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial systems in Metro Manila. You will supervise 1–2 Maintenance Assistants, ensure safety, document diagnostics, and provide high-quality workmanship.

Strong leadership, in-depth HVAC knowledge, and experience with VRF/VRV systems are required. This field-based role offers a competitive compensation package and comprehensive safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on Aircon/HVAC installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Minimum 3 years commercial air-conditioning experience.
• VRF/VRV experience required; strong diagnostic ability.
• Experience leading or mentoring junior technicians or assistants.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation, preventive maintenance, cleaning, and repair of residential and commercial A/C systems.
• Supervise 1–2 Maintenance Assistants; conduct pre-work briefings and site risk assessments.
• Inspect, test, and approve work; ensure safety and quality workmanship.
• Explain findings and repair options to homeowners and clients; document service records.
