Job summary

Messe & Handel Corporation in Cavite is seeking an Assistant Operations Supervisor to oversee HVAC rental operations, fleet and technical staff. You will link Sales with execution to ensure timely, safe, and cost-effective project delivery, maximizing uptime and fleet use across sites.

The role requires a Bachelor-level background, NCII in HVAC, and over 10 years in HVAC with supervisory exposure. On-site work with a focus on safety and efficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Completion of a relevant vocational program or NCII in HVAC.
• Over 10 years of hands-on HVAC experience with at least 2 years in supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop a master schedule coordinating equipment and personnel across projects.
• Optimize mobilization routes and trucking to reduce costs and meet client windows.
• Balance staff workloads, manage overtime and holiday shifts.
• Act as senior technical authority for complex troubleshooting with Operations Manager.
• Conduct spot audits to ensure installations meet safety standards.
• Provide feasibility assessments for large-scale rental inquiries with Sales.
• Address high-level client concerns on equipment performance.
• Train and coach technicians, drivers, welders and team leaders.
