We are looking for a Senior HR Generalist who can independently manage essential HR operations, keep employee records accurate, deliver commitments on time, and ensure that important employee matters do not fall through the cracks.
This role is for someone who takes ownership from start to finish. You should be comfortable managing multiple deadlines, coordinating with different stakeholders, resolving routine issues, and raising risks before they become problems.
What Matters Most
- We value experience, but experience alone is not enough. We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate how they have:
- Managed several critical responsibilities without missing commitments.
- Prevented or detected errors in employee records.
- Handled delayed responses or dependencies without allowing work to stall.
- Communicated problems early and provided clear updates.
- Improved a recurring process instead of repeatedly fixing the same issue.
- Took accountability when something went wrong and ensured it was resolved.
- Kept commitments visible, followed through without repeated reminders, and took pride in accurate and reliable HR operations
What You'll Do
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities, from understanding hiring requirements to coordinating offers and pre‑employment requirements
- Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, employment documentation, and regularization
- Maintain accurate and complete employee records, trackers, and payroll‑related information
- Coordinate employee benefits, government‑related documentation, payroll updates, and employee loan records
- Track performance review schedules and ensure required documents and follow‑ups are completed
- Support HR compliance requirements, policy administration, employee inquiries, and offboarding
- Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to resolve outstanding matters
- Provide basic support for employee tools, system access, and equipment‑related concerns, including troubleshooting or coordinating solutions when needed
- Identify process gaps, maintain reliable tracking systems, and improve how recurring HR responsibilities are completed
What We're Looking For
- At least 5 years of relevant HR generalist or HR operations experience, with independent ownership of multiple HR functions
- Hands‑on experience in employee documentation, HR administration, recruitment, payroll coordination, and employee lifecycle processes
- Strong organization and prioritization skills, particularly when handling competing deadlines
- Demonstrated accuracy in maintaining confidential employee information and operational records
- Ability to independently follow through on commitments, resolve problems, and close outstanding tasks
- Clear, timely, and proactive communication with employees, managers, and external partners
- Working knowledge of Philippine HR practices, employment documentation, and compliance requirements
- Willing and able to report onsite at least twice a week when required, whether in Makati, Quezon City, or other designated offsite locations, depending on operational needs and scheduled activities
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, shared trackers, and digital collaboration tools
