Job summary

Legend of Ice Recruitment & Services Incorporated is seeking a Senior HR Officer to oversee all HR functions on-site in Quezon City. You will lead recruitment, policy development, employee relations, and payroll coordination to ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.

The role requires 3–5 years of progressive HR experience and a relevant bachelor’s degree; HR certifications (SHRM/CIPD/HRCI) are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, HRCI) preferred.
• 3 years of progressive HR experience with leadership exposure.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for all levels.
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Oversee performance management, employee engagement, and retenion programs.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and government regulations.
• Handle compensation, benefits administration, and payroll coordination.
• Conduct training needs analysis and implement learning and development programs.
• Prepare HR reports, manpower planning, and workforce analytics.
• Advise management on HR strategies and organisational development.
• Supervise and mentor HR staff.

The Senior Human Resources Officer is responsible for overseeing and managing all HR functions, ensuring effective implementation of HR policies, compliance with labor laws, and alignment of HR strategies with the organization’s goals. This role provides leadership to the HR team and serves as a key partner to management and employees.

Job Requirements
