Job summary

Triwill Group is seeking a remote HubSpot & Sales Operations Specialist in the Philippines. You will serve as the primary platform owner, focusing on sales and marketing operations, dashboards, and data reporting to drive insights and adoption.

You will maintain CRM data integrity, configure workflows, support lead scoring and pipeline reporting, and develop practical documentation and SOPs. A strong Excel and analytical mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years administering HubSpot as primary platform owner.
• Experience supporting sales operations, marketing operations, CRM management, or data reporting.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical system solutions.
• Excellent documentation and SOP creation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator and SME for HubSpot.
• Maintain CRM data integrity across contacts, companies, leads, and deals.
• Configure lifecycle stages, routing, workflows, sequences, and automation.
• Create dashboards, reports, KPIs, and data views that support sales and marketing decisions.
• Partner with marketing, business development, market leadership, and operations teams to improve processes and drive user adoption.
• Support lead scoring, segmentation, campaign tracking, pipeline management, and related initiatives.
• Train users and develop practical documentation, SOPs, and operating standards.
• Troubleshoot platform and reporting issues, test changes, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Assist with sales operations reporting including pipeline, lead, deal, referral, and win/loss reporting.
