Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time HubSpot Administrator & Sales Operations Specialist to own the HubSpot platform and drive sales/marketing operations from a remote Philippine setup.

The role combines platform administration with business analysis to deliver deeper reporting and insights. Candidates should present case studies or a portfolio during interviews and collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership to optimize processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on HubSpot administration as a primary platform owner with sales/marketing operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of HubSpot configuration, properties, contacts, segments, lists, imports/exports, deduplication, workflows, sequences, automation, and reporting across Sales, Marketing, and Content Hubs.
• Experience configuring lifecycle stages, sales stages, lead statuses, routing, notifications, and lead/fit scoring.
• Proven success building dashboards, reports, and KPIs for sales and marketing stakeholders.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis (formulas, lookups, pivot tables, data prep).
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical system/process solutions with analytic, troubleshooting, and PM skills.
• Sales and marketing mindset with stakeholder-service focus and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator and SME for HubSpot.
• Maintain CRM data integrity across contacts, companies, leads, and deals.
• Configure and optimize lifecycle stages, lead routing, sales stages, workflows, and automation.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, KPIs, and data views for sales/marketing decisions.
• Partner with marketing, business development, leadership, and ops teams to improve processes and drive user adoption.
• Support lead scoring, segmentation, campaign tracking, pipeline management, and related initiatives.
• Train users and develop documentation, SOPs, and operating standards.
• Troubleshoot platform/reporting issues, test changes, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist with sales ops reporting (lead, deal, pipeline, referrals, win/loss).
