Job summary

Rolling Arrays is seeking a junior consultant to support implementation projects under close supervision. You will assist in gathering business requirements, perform basic module configuration, and document results with attention to quality.

The role offers exposure to client workshops and collaboration within a learning-oriented team. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 0–2 years of experience, and a basic understanding of HR processes or HRIS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
• 0–2 years of experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Basic understanding of HR processes or HRIS systems.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in consulting.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior consultants in gathering and documenting business requirements from client SMEs. Prepare structured notes and action items from requirement workshops.
• Perform basic module configuration under supervision. Execute test scripts and document results accurately.
• Maintain configuration workbooks, training materials, and meeting minutes. Ensure project documentation is complete and up to date.
• Participate in client calls and workshops with senior guidance. Respond to basic client queries under supervision.
• Contribute to shared project goals and team activities. Proactively seek feedback and apply learnings from senior team members.
