Job summary

Rolling Arrays is seeking a senior HRTech consultant to own end-to-end module delivery, lead client workshops, and drive solution architecture decisions. You will develop junior talent, ensure project quality, and maintain timely delivery while upholding mandatory team leadership accountability.

You will manage full lifecycle of HRIS implementations, design cross-module integration, mentor consultants, and guide stakeholders through complex change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; Master's or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in HRTech consulting and multi-module expertise.
• Proven pre-sales and solution ownership experience.
• Outstanding executive communication and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Proven track record in people development and practice capability building.
• Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors Certification (required).

Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Manage full lifecycle of SF implementations from initiation through go-live and support.
• Solution Architecture: Design cross-module integration processes and workflow customizations.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary consultant for senior client stakeholders and drive milestone sign-offs.
• Team Leadership & Mentoring: Delegate and supervise junior consultant workstreams; conduct regular 1:1s.
