Job summary

Radii Global is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to support implementation, configuration, integration, and ongoing enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors solutions. You will collaborate with HR and technical teams to deliver scalable HR solutions aligned with business requirements.

In this role, you will lead full-cycle implementations, optimize HR processes, and ensure data quality while coordinating with IT for integrations and deployments.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience in one or more SF modules: EC, ECP, RCM, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, LMS.
• Strong experience in SF configuration and customization.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations.
• Knowledge of HR business processes and SAP HCM concepts.
• Experience in requirements gathering, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• 4+ years of relevant SAP SuccessFactors experience preferred.
• Experience in full-cycle implementation and support is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors modules based on business requirements.
• Gather, analyze, and translate HR business requirements into SuccessFactors solutions.
• Participate in full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors implementation, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Perform system configuration, enhancements, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Support integration between SuccessFactors and SAP/non-SAP systems.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and user documentation.
• Conduct SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.
• Work with HR stakeholders to optimize existing HR processes and SuccessFactors functionality.
• Support data migration, validation, and data quality activities.
• Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, interfaces, and enhancements.
