Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an HRIS Analyst II to oversee Workday HRIS operations, configurations, and integrations from Manila for a night-shift role.

You will perform regular data audits, generate standard and custom HR reports, train HR users, and drive process automation while ensuring data privacy and system security across the organization. You will collaborate with payroll, benefits, and recruiting teams and maintain thorough documentation of mappings and change logs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience maintaining and configuring an HRIS platform, preferably Workday.
• Ability to map data and troubleshoot integrations across HR systems.
• Strong Excel data manipulation skills for audits and reporting.
• Experience handling sensitive personal data with confidentiality.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, Business Admin, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and configuration of Workday HRIS platform.
• Manage setup, maintenance and troubleshooting of integrations between Workday and external vendor platforms such as payroll, benefits, recruiting.
• Conduct regular data audits of employee records to ensure accuracy, policy compliance, and data security.
• Build, generate, and analyze standard and custom HR reports for leadership decision-making.
• Configure HRIS modules, workflows, and security settings to optimize user experience.
• Provide system training to HR team members and internal users.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement system enhancements, including automation of routine HR tasks.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, integration mappings, and change logs.

Your Role

Required Qualifications
