Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) Supervisor IC / Senior Associate to partner with business leaders for the 500+-employee population. The role focuses on employee engagement, relations, retention, and aligning HR strategies with business goals.

The HRBP Manager will manage a large workforce, bridge gaps between employees and management, and drive initiatives to improve employee experience, productivity, and organizational culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner role.
• Experience supporting large employee populations (500+ employees).
• Strong background in employee relations, engagement, attrition management, and retention strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience interpreting HR data and metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support the end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, engagement, performance management, development, retention, and exit management.
• Act as the primary HR contact for employee relations matters, addressing concerns and resolving workplace issues professionally and confidentially.
• Drive meaningful employee engagement initiatives beyond social activities, including FGDs, listening sessions, skip-level meetings, and feedback forums.
• Monitor and analyze attrition and retention metrics; identify drivers and implement targeted retention strategies.
• Conduct structured exit interviews and provide actionable insights to leadership to improve employee experience and retention.
• Track and analyze HR metrics and provide regular reports and recommendations to business leaders.
• Partner with Operations leaders to support workforce planning and act as a trusted advisor to managers on people management strategies.
