Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in HR Services or HRIT with focus on Onboarding, Core HR and SuccessFactors.
• Proven project management experience, including end‑to‑end system rollouts.
• International project experience or global day-to-day business exposure.
• Business fluency in English and strong cross‑functional communication.
• Basic understanding of compliance (e.g., GDPR, data protection) and related policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd/3rd level support for global HR systems, primarily SuccessFactors and Hire‑to‑Retire processes.
• Gather and specify requirements for new tools or process enhancements with Global PMs.
• Act as POC and process expert for Onboarding, Social Onboarding, Time Off, Recruitment, Employee Central, and related HR systems.
• Manage changes in the system via impact analysis, configuration, testing (UAT) and documentation.
• Collaborate with SSC, Global PMs and IT/external vendors to align processes and resolve issues.
• Ensure data alignment with internal and external HR consumers and lead global/local HR projects.
