Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar enterprise integration role (System/Integration Analyst, Technical Consultant).
• Experience with SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, Sterling Integrator or similar middleware and ETL platforms.
• Understanding of integration architecture, APIs, data transformation, messaging concepts, and system interoperability.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document integration requirements with HR stakeholders and business users.
• Translate requirements into functional/technical designs for interfaces and automation.
• Design and support interfaces, integrations, and automation across enterprise apps.
• Analyze existing integration landscapes to identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with development teams, vendors, and project teams to enhance integration capabilities.
• Support system upgrades and modernization efforts.
• Troubleshoot integration issues to ensure stable operation of critical interfaces.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation across HR technology.
