Job summary

Dr. Martens is seeking an HR Systems Engineer to join the Enterprise Technology team. You will design, implement, and support HRIS systems such as Dayforce and ATS, ensuring reliable performance and data integrity across global operations.

You will collaborate with HR and IT partners to translate HR needs into robust system requirements, build interfaces, and support system rollouts in multiple countries while maintaining security and compliance across a growing HR tech landscape.

Qualifications

• 5+ years working with HR systems such as Dayforce, ATS, workforce management systems
• Clear understanding of HR best practices and sound experience translating those to HR systems requirements
• Proven experience delivering global applicant tracking (ATS) systems
• In depth experience configuring HR systems
• Experience in roll out of HR systems in multiple countries

Responsibilities

Core Accountabilities

As an HR Systems engineer in our Enterprise Technology team, you will:

• Manage and maintain HR systems ensuring they are optimized for performance & reliability

Key Skills & Capabilities

Must-Have Experience

• 5+ years working with HR systems such as Dayforce, ATS, workforce management systems etc
• Clear understanding of HR best practices and sound experience in translating those to HR systems requirements

• In depth experience configuring HR systems
• Experience in roll out of HR systems in multiple countries

Technical Skills

• 5+ years' experience of Ceridian/Dayforce
• Experience of Workforce Management systems such as StoreForce
• HR Systems Integration
• Experience of API integrations
• Strong background in data security principles with relation to HRIS systems

Education
