Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an HR Supervisor to oversee our HR functions at the Bacoor City Cavite office. You will manage a team of HR professionals and ensure effective implementation of HR policies and initiatives, reporting to the HR Manager.

This full-time role drives strategic HR practices and positive change within the company. You will lead recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and leave management while guiding managers on performance and employee relations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR supervisory experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures and best practices in the Philippines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
• Proven ability to lead, develop and empower HR professionals.
• Proficiency in HR data analysis and reporting to drive decisions.
• Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws and regulations.
• Proactive, solution-oriented with ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.

• Supervising and developing a team of HR coordinators and specialists to deliver HR services.
• Overseeing recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes for a seamless employee experience.
• Administering employee benefits, leave management and HR programmes.
• Providing guidance to managers on performance and employee relations matters.
• Identifying and implementing HR best practices to improve the employee experience.
• Collaborating with HR Manager to develop HR strategies aligned with business goals.
