Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify performance gaps and provide recommendations to meet target metrics.
• Design training content, materials, evaluations and tests.
• Deliver capability development programs and coaching to new hires and staff.
• Measure program effectiveness and prepare training reports for business reviews.
• Mentor employees and participate in quality calibration calls.
