Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking an HR Service Delivery Senior Analyst to support training programs within a hybrid work setup in Taguig. The role focuses on ensuring proficiency levels upon graduation from training and delivering process-specific training with cross-training and up-skilling initiatives.

The position involves training needs analysis, program design and development, delivery of capability development, and ongoing evaluation to improve training effectiveness across teams.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Training (Generic / any payroll background required)

Responsibilities

• Identify performance gaps related to communication skills with operations/training/quality teams
• Analyse performance gaps and provide recommendations to meet target metrics
• Develop training materials, evaluation measures, and knowledge assessments
• Deliver capability development programs including coaching for new hires and existing staff
• Provide floor support and communication coaching to employees including leadership
• Develop tools to assess communication proficiency and training effectiveness
• Gather data and prepare reports on training effectiveness and outcomes
• Propose continuous improvements in communications coaching and new hire training processes
• Mentor colleagues to provide coaching support
• Attend quality calibration calls and provide recommendations
