Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in training/learning.
• At least 6 months contact center experience.
• Individual contributor with no domain requirement.

Responsibilities

• Manage training batches of 5 to 25 participants per schedule.
• Lead training projects and deliver process/product/policy training in classroom/online environments.
• Develop and deliver training courses for different trainees/markets/products.
• Identify and assess training needs to bridge policy gaps for better understanding.
• Lead all Process RCA and build training plans to deliver.
• Track and report all training activities of new batches.
• Coordinate with business teams to achieve top performance and coaching.
