Job summary

CND Solutions is seeking a Senior HR & Management Officer to lead HR management and drive workforce performance in its Philippines operations. You will ensure the right people are in the right roles and handle recruitment, onboarding, and KPI accountability to support business objectives.

You will act as a key liaison between the Philippines team and UK management, identifying issues, driving improvements, and providing accurate HR reporting while maintaining confidentiality and professional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related discipline.
• 7–10 years of relevant HR experience.
• Experience in Senior HR Officer, HR Generalist, HR Manager or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of HR administration and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete employee records, prepare contracts and HR correspondence, and manage attendance, leave, lateness and working hours.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding, probation reviews, and ensure staff documentation is current.
• Lead recruitment from vacancy approval to appointment, including ads, CV screening, interviews, and UK coordination.
• Ensure each employee has a clear job description and KPI expectations, monitor performance and conduct reviews.
• Monitor attendance, productivity and task completion, identify issues early and escalate as needed.
• Maintain records of employee concerns, coordinate investigations, and prepare HR meetings.
• Support payroll with timesheets, attendance, overtime, leave, and discrepancies.
