RTX, a leading aerospace & defense company, is seeking a Senior Program Manager in the Philippines. The onsite role at First Philippine Industrial Park in Tanauan coordinates cross-functional teams, manages executive stakeholders, and drives critical milestones from inception to delivery.

You will establish program scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, governance, budget, and resource plans, requiring a engineering degree and 5–7 years of PM experience with Excel, PowerPoint, MS

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related technical discipline.
  • 5–7 years of experience in program/project management, industrialization, manufacturing engineering & operations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with project planning tools (MS Project, Teams).
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD for 2D plant and layout drawings.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, presentation, and decision-making skills.

What You Will Do

Lead expansion timeline, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage executive stakeholders, track critical path milestones. Lead meetings, write clear action minutes, negotiate priorities, facilitate decisions, and present to operators through senior leaders. Establish program scope, business objectives, deliverables, milestones, governance, budget, resource plan, and success measures.


Qualifications You Must Have


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related Engineering or a related technical discipline, with a minimum of 5–7 years of relevant experience in program management, project management, industrialization, manufacturing engineering & operations.

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience leading or supervising cross-functional teams, project teams, technicians, engineers, or external suppliers/contractors in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with working knowledge of project-planning and collaboration tools such as MS Project, Teams, or equivalent.

  • Working proficiency in AutoCAD for reviewing, marking up, updating, and approving 2D plant, production-line, equipment, workstation, material-flow, and re-layout drawings.

  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, negotiation, presentation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to influence Engineering, Quality, Operations, Maintenance, Supply Chain, EHS, Finance, suppliers, and management without direct authority.
