Job summary

Collins Aerospace, a Raytheon Technologies company, is seeking a Project Engineer to manage the full lifecycle from planning through implementation at our PH facility in Tanauan, Batangas region. You will coordinate with program management, manufacturing, quality, supply chain and design engineering to achieve objectives and keep schedules and budgets on track.

The role requires 4–5+ years in project engineering or related fields and a bachelor’s degree in engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial, or related field).
• 4–5+ years of experience in project engineering, project management, or similar technical roles.
• Knowledge of engineering development, manufacturing processes, and aerospace systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from planning, design, development, testing, and implementation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to deliver on time and within cost targets.
• Monitor project progress including schedule, cost, and technical deliverables.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays or issues.
• Prepare reports and communicate status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Manage project documentation, proposals, and work statements as required for program execution.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, quality requirements, and safety regulations (EHS).

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient with software such as Primavera, Siemens NX, Solidworks and Microsoft Office (ie. MS Project)

• Proven understanding of compliance and quality assurance guidelines and best practices

• Courage to explore new ideas, learn new technologies, a proactive desire to learn

• Passion for technology and creative mindset

• PMP or ACP certified is a plus.
