Job summary

Thomson Medical is undergoing an exciting transformation to modernize working methods, systems and processes. We seek a dynamic HR professional to execute the full range of HR functions, from recruitment to regulatory compliance and employee relations.

You will partner with leadership to drive performance management, budgeting, onboarding and offboarding while safeguarding confidential information and ensuring statutory compliance. This is a 6-month+ role based in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HR or related field.
• At least 2 years of HR experience.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Able to commit to at least 6 months.
• Experience in nursing recruitment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with BU Leads/HODs to manage employee life cycle.
• Support annual performance management processes and advise on performance issues.
• Work with HODs on budgeting and manpower needs.
• Guide HODs and employees on HR policies and standards.
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, work pass management, evaluation, and offboarding.
• Facilitate employee relations and address grievances compassionately.
• Update employee profiles and benefits in HR systems.
• Ensure compliance with statutory obligations across processes.
• Assist with monthly Corporate Orientation and office administration.
• Undertake HR projects as required.
