RTX is seeking a Principal Specialist for HR Operations in Tanauan, Batangas. This senior role will drive operational excellence and strengthen employee relations frameworks within People Services.

The successful candidate will collaborate with various departments to ensure compliant, employee-centric operations while utilizing their extensive HR experience to optimize service delivery models.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years of progressive HR experience in Employee Relations and HR Operations within the Philippine labor framework.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior subject matter expert within the People Services function.
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and provide insights to improve service quality.
• Handle complex employee relations matters, including investigations and performance management.
