Job summary

Collins Aerospace, a Raytheon Technologies company, is seeking a Principal Specialist, HR Operations in the Philippines. This senior role drives operational excellence, strengthens employee relations, and optimizes the ServiceNow HR service delivery model.

You will partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, L&D, Legal, and Payroll to ensure scalable, compliant, employee-centric People Services operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related discipline.
• 7–9 years of progressive HR experience with Employee Relations, HR Operations and compliance within PH labor framework.
• Solid understanding of HR landscape, digital transformation, shared services and employee experience best practices.
• Experience supporting change initiatives and process improvements.
• Experience partnering with business leaders to resolve complex HR matters.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (CORE principles or similar).
• Strong knowledge of PH labor laws and DOLE regulations.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and data analysis; Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior subject matter expert within People Services and contribute to HR initiatives and transformation efforts.
• Provide guidance and informal coaching to team members, supporting capability building.
• Support change management initiatives related to process improvements and system implementations.
• Serve as functional lead for ServiceNow HR Service Delivery and drive enhancements.
• Contribute to evolution of HR service delivery model for scalability and efficiency.
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, dashboards and reporting; provide insights to improve performance.
• Support governance, data integrity, and compliance across case management operations.
• Handle complex and high-risk employee relations matters, including investigations and performance management.
• Develop and standardize ER frameworks, playbooks and documentation protocols.
• Collaborate with Legal and HR Business Partners to mitigate risk and ensure legal alignment.
• Support pre-boarding, compliance documentation and Day 1 readiness for employees.
