Job summary

HRTX in Makati is seeking an HR Operations professional to support global talent processes in a hybrid role. You will triage ServiceNow tickets, coordinate multi-stage interviews across time zones, and manage onboarding with external vendors.

The role requires 3–5 years in HR Operations within a global shared services environment, strong English communication, and night shift flexibility. Experience with Workday or ATS like Taleo/viRecruit is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of HR Operations experience in a Global Shared Service / BPO environment.
• Direct experience using ServiceNow for ticket processing and case triage.
• Proven track record in complex case management, queue handling, and interview scheduling.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Night shift flexibility.
• Hands-on experience with Workday or other major ATS like Taleo or viRecruit.

Responsibilities

• Ticket Triage & Task Allocation: Assign incoming ServiceNow cases to coordinators, log recruitment requests, and monitor queue deadlines.
• Interview Scheduling: Coordinate multi-stage, cross-border interviews across complex time zones with an Americas focus.
• Onboarding & Vendor Management: Serve as the main point of contact for new hires during onboarding, while liaising with background check vendors (HireRight/World-Check).
• Recruitment Operations & Reporting: Support global talent processes, build tracking dashboards, track metrics, and assist with special HR/recruitment projects.
