We are looking for an HR Senior Associate to support the establishment and day-to-day execution of our HR operations in the Philippines. This role will work closely with the Group team to implement practical HR processes locally, while ensuring alignment with Philippine employment requirements and the Group's HR governance standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin, psychology or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience, with hands-on operations in the Philippines.
• Working knowledge of Philippine employment practices and payroll.
• Experience supporting recruitment and employee lifecycle administration.
• Strong documentation, coordination and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with regional stakeholders.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Experience in a start-up or regional organisation is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, records, attendance, leave and offboarding.
• Prepare and maintain employment contracts and HR letters.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee information and records.
• Support employee inquiries and HR matters with timely follow-up.
• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and changes with payroll providers.
• Support statutory registrations and HR administration for local requirements.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, posting, sourcing, interviews and offers.
• Assist with HR compliance reviews and governance.
• Collaborate with Group on HR workflows, trackers and reports.
