You will create eLearning modules, ILT materials, and onboarding programs, collaborating with HR and business units, while leveraging tools like Articulate 360, Captivate, and Camtasia to deliver high-quality content. The role requires managing multiple projects, applying learning theory, and continuously measuring impact to improve

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, instructional design, or education.
• 3+ years in instructional design, development, or HR training.
• Strong understanding of learning theories and adult learning principles.
• Experience with AI tools for learning content.
• Proficiency with authoring tools and LMS platforms.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and with teams.
• Supervisory experience in training newcomers on new tools.
• Experience migrating modules from Articulate 360 to Synthesia.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement learning solutions using instructional design principles and adult learning theory
• Create engaging eLearning modules, instructor-led training materials, job aids, and other learning assets
• Utilize authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia) and LMS platforms to deliver content
• Apply data-driven insights to continuously improve training effectiveness
• Partner with HR and business units to identify training needs and skill gaps
• Develop onboarding programs, compliance training, leadership development, and soft skills workshops
• Ensure training content aligns with company policies, values, and strategic objectives
• Monitor and evaluate training outcomes and provide recommendations for improvement
• Manage multiple instructional design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors as needed
