Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience leading and managing a team in a shared services industry.
• Proven track record of serving global business/shared services and driving daily operational execution.
• In-depth knowledge and operational experience in Talent Administration and comprehensive employment life cycle data management processes.
• Expert understanding of HR processes, systems, and digital tools within the various stages of the employee lifecycle.
• Proven skills in managing, understanding, and execution of ATS, Hiring, and ERP systems and tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); Google Workspace is a plus.
• Strong confidentiality, attention to detail, and data accuracy skills.
• Ability to work hybrid, on EST schedule, and PH holidays and weekends.
• Amenable to rotating shift (8pm-5am/12am-9am/2pm-11am covering Australian Eastern Standard Time, Central European Time, Eastern Standard Time, Mountain Daylight Time).

• Lead and manage the daily operational execution and deliverables of the human resources shared function
• Focus on end-to-end employment life cycle management
• Manage team engagement and ensure efficient and quality deliverables
• Collaborate with respective stakeholders to enhance the employee experience
• Maintain confidentiality and contribute to overall team goals
• Handle own tasks and ad-hoc tasks related to employment life cycle processes
• Support operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Manage performance and quality metrics, goals, and service level agreement (SLA) implementation
• Build and manage robust stakeholder relationships across diverse global geographies and business areas
• Drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
