Job summary

John Clements Consultants, Inc. is seeking a People Operations Partner based in Metro Manila. The role focuses on HR data management, reporting, and system troubleshooting to ensure accurate information and reliable decision support.

You will collaborate with HR stakeholders and cross-functional teams to improve processes and the employee experience. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in People Operations or HRIS, strong Excel and analytics skills, and are comfortable with a night shift on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in People Operations/HR Operations/HRIS.
• Strong experience in HR data management, reporting, and analytics.
• Experience troubleshooting HR systems, workflows and data issues.
• Proficient in Excel and HR reporting tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail oriented.
• Willing to work Night Shifts on 100% onsite.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate employee and HR data across HR systems.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks for compliance.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc HR reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Analyze HR data to identify patterns and improvement opportunities.
• Support headcount, movement, attrition, and KPI reporting.
• Investigate and resolve HR system issues and data discrepancies.
• Coordinate with HRIS, IT, vendors, and other teams on escalated requests.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve concerns.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate HR processes.
• Support HR system enhancements, upgrades, and testing (UAT/regression).
