Job summary

Westcon-Comstor Philippines is seeking a Senior HR Executive to serve as the main contact for all HR-related queries at the Manila Shared Services Centre, overseeing daily HR operations and ensuring accurate execution of HR processes.

The role covers recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, benefits administration, employee relations, and regulatory compliance, with a focus on timely delivery and confidentiality across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and employment practices.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management roles, preferably in a medium to large-sized organization.
• Experience in recruitment is an added advantage, particularly with portals and sourcing strategies.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills for cross-level collaboration.
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for all HR-related queries of the Manila Shared Services Centre (MSSC).
• Oversee daily HR operations and ensure timely and accurate execution of HR processes.
• Maintain up-to-date and confidential employee records and HR databases.
• Prepare and issue HR-related documents such as contracts, promotions, and salary review letters.
• Update and maintain organizational chart.
• Monitor issue of IDs, access cards, and business cards.
• Manage full recruitment process from posting to offer preparation.
• Ensure timely hiring aligned with manpower requirements.
• Oversee onboarding and employee orientation for new hires.
• Oversee payroll-related documentation and compliance with government policies.
• Administer government-m mandated benefits and monitor salary loans.
• Manage regularization, enrollment, updates, and termination processes for HMO and Life Insurance.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee due process and termination procedures as needed.
• Support compliance with Return-to-Office policies.
• Conduct exit interviews and oversee clearance and offboarding.
